MUNIZ, TX -A 17-year-old girl died in a crash on Tower Rd near Wisconsin Rd Saturday, according to Valley Central.
The victim was driving a 1999 Ford Expedition north on Tower Rd at excessive speeds when she strayed off the road and slammed into a utility pole near Wisconsin Rd at 3:36 a.m.
The crash is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
