SAN ANTONIO, TX – A collision has resulted in stop-and-go traffic on southbound I-35 at I-37/US 281 in downtown San Antonio.

Total Traffic Network first reported the incident at 12:25 p.m. today. Conditions are believed to be ongoing at this time.
