WESLACO, TX – Another man has died following a rollover crash on Abram Rd near 8 Mile Line Wednesday morning, Valley Central reports.
The driver of a Ford Expedition occupied by four people was driving at high speeds while evading the police when the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled over.
One man was ejected from the vehicle during the accident. First responders pronounced that man dead at the scene and transported the remaining occupants to an area hospital in critical condition. One more occupant, a 31-year-old male from Mexico, has died from their injuries.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the motor vehicle accident.
