CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials have released the names of the two 18-year-olds who died in a fatal rollover crash on the 300 block of N Port Ave Monday.
According to WFTL, the driver of a white two-door sedan occupied by three other high school seniors was returning to school from their graduation rehearsal when the crash happened.
First responders pronounced Matthew Garcia and Marcello Saldua dead at the scene of the accident. The other two occupants were transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Police believe speed may have been a factor in the wreck.
