MCALLEN, TX — A woman was injured on Tuesday when another driver failed to obey posted street signs.
The accident occurred around 8:30 in the morning at the intersection of Fir Avenue and North 8th Street. According to police the driver of a beige 2008 Dodge disregarded a stop sign or stop light. As a result the driver collided with a white 2016 Honda. The weather was reported to be cloudy at the time of the accident.
The airbags in the Honda were deployed during the collision. The driver of the Honda was injured in the crash. The driver of the Dodge was found to be at fault for the accident.
