Herrman & Herrman’s Letters to Santa Initiative – How to Participate!
‘Tis the season of joy, giving, and community! Herrman & Herrman is excited to bring some extra holiday cheer with our Letters to Santa Initiative. This special program allows children and families to share their festive spirit and holiday wishes while spreading kindness and goodwill throughout the season.
Here’s how you can join the fun:
Step 1: Write Your Letter We want to hear about the good deeds and acts of kindness that have filled your year. This isn’t just about asking for gifts—it’s about celebrating the wonderful things you’ve done for others. Whether you helped your neighbors, showed kindness at school, or helped out at home, we want to know what makes you feel proud!
Step 2: Drop Off Your Letter or Submit Online To enter, simply submit your letter to one of Herrman & Herrman’s North Pole Post Stations or fill out our online submission form.
You can drop off your letter at any of our four office locations in Texas:
- Corpus Christi (Main Office): 1201 3rd Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78404
- Corpus Christi South Side: 5702 S Staples St, Ste F-5, Corpus Christi, TX 78413
- Houston: 11000 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77042
- San Antonio: 8122 Datapoint Drive, San Antonio, TX 78229
Look for the festive North Pole mailboxes near the Christmas trees in our main lobbies! If you’re unable to visit in person, no worries—you can submit your letter online by filling out the form linked here:

Step 3: Include Important Information In order for us to contact you if you’re selected for a gift, please make sure to include:
- Your full name
- A legible address (including city, zip code, and apartment number if applicable)
- Your parent’s phone number and email address (for gift shipping purposes)
Important Details:
- Deadline: Please submit your letter by December 16th to be eligible for a chance to win a special holiday gift.
- Gift Selection: We will randomly select winners from all the submitted letters. Not everyone is guaranteed a gift, but we will do our best to make someone’s holiday extra special!
- Shipping Details: Gifts will be mailed to the winners before Christmas. However, please note that Amazon delivery times are beyond our control, and your gift may arrive after Christmas.
Please Note:
- No phone inquiries about the status of your entry or the drawing. Winners will be selected at random, and gifts will be mailed out directly.
- Spread the Holiday Cheer: Even if you’re not selected for a gift, your participation helps to spread the spirit of giving and joy to others.
- Late Submissions: Will not be accepted.
